There was some items damaged or missing from my order, what do I do?

If your order is incomplete, please bear in mind that products may be sent out in multiple parcels and so arrive separately; please allow a little extra time before contacting us. You can check this by looking at your tracking 

For damaged products, incomplete orders or despatched orders that don't arrive within the expected time period, please email or call us on 0113 2436430, 9am - 5pm, 5 days a week.
