We’re packed as much cacao, chocolate and vanilla into this 6% brew as we could. Dark chocolate to the eye, with aromas of roasted malts, cacao and vanilla, and with the taste of rich chocolate and hints of vanilla to finish.  

We’ve added lactose to give it a smooth, creamy and fuller texture, giving you a truly decadent stout.

When the wind is blowing right you can smell the lingering aroma of chocolate across the city of York; it was the same on the brew day for Dan Mumford’s second Patrons Project release.

Thick, rich, smooth and decadent. A moreish and lavish chocolate stout, made with two York institutions – our pals at Brew York and York Cocoa, an open chocolate manufactory dedicated to the celebration of fine cocoa and transparent chocolate.

We’re packed as much cacao, chocolate from York Cocoa and vanilla into this 6% brew as we could. Dark chocolate to the eye, with aromas of roasted malts, cacao and vanilla, and with the taste of rich chocolate and hints of vanilla to finish.
