CUSTOMER SUPPORT COORDINATOR

Reports to: Sales Distribution Manager

Location: Leeds

Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday - Friday

Salary: £26-£28K

JOB PURPOSE:

Northern Monk as a brewery has grown revenue over 350% in the last 3 years, now operating across 3 sites with over 100 Monks; however, one thing that hasn’t changed is our commitment to delivering the best beer experiences for our teams, customers, and consumers.

Our Sales Team is committed and hard-working and has reached a stage where they need an additional member to come alongside them and support on customer service and administration. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing an excellent level of service to our customers and representing Northern Monk and our values both online, over the phone and customer facing.

This person needs to be highly organised as the role will be varied and fast paced.  You will need to have the ability to work on multiple tasks to a high degree of accuracy showing attention to detail whilst supporting our sales team across multiple channels including export, wholesale and direct. Strong inter-personal and communication skills are also important as you will be working closely with all other teams at Northern Monk. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 The following outlines the roles and responsibilities of the post holder:

  • To manage inbound phone calls from the sales phone line, and where required follow up calls to always provide superior customer service.
  • To maintain a high level of professionalism in all correspondence relating to our customers and Northern Monk.
  • To support the management of the general sales enquiry inbox, and cover when required on the customer service inboxes across the business, as well as responsibility of your personal email.
  • Sales order processing and support for our direct sales channels through mailers, email and liaising with the field team.
  • Management of various sales portals such as Sellar & Eebria.
  • Helping Monk maintain excellent relationships by putting together sample orders and care packages with attention to detail for key customers when required.
  • Liasing with warehouse team to support sales orders and stock management.
  • Liasing with finance team to ensure order processing, invoices and credits are input correctly.
  • Organising couriers for international and domestic packages when required.
  • General administrative duties to keep our brewery software up to date.
  • Export & logistical administrative support when required (previous experience preferable).
  • Be comfortable representing the values and ethos of the company.
