On 18 July at our Manchester Refectory, we will be giving you the chance to try Northern Wild 005 before anyone else. Northern Wild 005 is a 10% Blackcurrant & Apple Mead, made using nouveau-style wine yeast, Northern blossom honey, fresh apple juice and handpicked blackcurrants in collaboration with Gosnells of London.
