When should I order for Christmas?

For standard delivery, place your order by Sunday 20 December. If you're using DPD Ship to Shop, please order by Wednesday 16 December.

How long will my order take to dispatch?

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days. During particularly busy periods, it may take us a little longer to get your order on its way.

Can I send a Christmas gift directly to someone?

Absolutely. Just enter the recipient's address as the delivery address at checkout and we'll send their gift straight to them.

Can I add a gift message to my order?

Yes. You can add a gift message from your cart before checkout. If you're using Build the Perfect Beer Gift, you can add your personal gift message while building their gift.

What's the difference between Build Your Own Beer Box and Build the Perfect Beer Gift?

Build Your Own Beer Box lets you choose the beers that go into the box, making it ideal if you already know what they love.

Build the Perfect Beer Gift lets you choose six beers, add an item of merch and a glass, then finish it with a personal gift message - with 10% off when you build your gift.

Can I give a Brewery Tour or Hop City ticket as a Christmas present?

Yes. Northern Monk Brewery Tours and Hop City tickets can both be bought as gifts, giving them something to look forward to after Christmas.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes. Our digital gift cards are perfect if you'd rather let them choose. They can be used to shop for their Northern Monk favourites online.
