Loughran Brewers Select brings the world's best brewing ingredients to brewers by connecting the industry's top people, farms, and suppliers. The world's finest hops, malt, yeast, process aids, finings, adjuncts, and flavourings - as well as KeyKegs and UniKegs too - all on one pallet, delivered the next working day. Over the last 6 years Loughran Brewers Select has been working closely with Northern Monk and other likeminded breweries to provide exclusive access to exceptional quality hops through partnerships with industry-leading hop developers like Indie Hops of Portland, Oregon, USA.

 Northern Monk's brewing team has fallen in love with exclusive Indie Hops developed hop varieties like Strata®, Luminosa® and Lórien®, which have formed the backbone of numerous popular releases. The result has not only been loads of awesome beer brewed, but also a great many pints enjoyed together, and fantastic friendships forged along the way.

Based in Portland, Oregon, Indie Hops is a hop developer and supplier focused on the needs of craft brewers. Like many craft breweries around the world, Indie Hops was born over a (few) pint(s) of beer and shared passion between friends.

 Since then, Indie Hops has launched five unique hop varieties that have captured the hearts (and palates) of brewers (and consumers!) around the world: Strata®, Lórien®, Luminosa®, Audacia™ and Meridian®. Brewers worldwide trust Indie’s unique varieties to modernize, brighten and diversify their beer lineup. Indie also offers classics that thrive in Oregon terroir such as Chinook and Cascade.

    For the past six years, Indie Hops has partnered closely with Loughran Brewers Select, bringing their innovative hop varieties to Northern Monk and other like-minded breweries across the UK and Europe.
