NATIONAL ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - OFF-TRADE
Reports to: Off Trade Controller
Location: Leeds, 3 days a week at Head Office and 2 days flexible working.
Hours: 37.5 per week
Salary: £28-£30K Dependant on experience

THE ROLE
Northern Monk is in an exciting time of growth. Our Off-Trade channel continues outperform the total business, and the team need an additional member to support in the management of our retail customers. The Off-Trade is Northern Monk’s largest channel, and our beers are now available nationally across Tesco, Sainsburys, Asda, Morrisons, Waitrose and Coop (amongst other retailers). We are looking for someone who is passionate about representing Northern Monk and keen to develop a career in Off-Trade Account Management. Strong inter-personal and communication skills are also important as you will be working closely with customer supply chain contacts and all other teams at Northern Monk.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the National Account Manager and Channel Controller in the management of Off-Trade channel customers.
- Manage relationships with supply chain customer contacts, covering inbound service level, promotional compliance and in-store availability.
- Support the Customer Service team to process orders, book delivery slots and prepare despatch paperwork.
- Track customer sales and orders to maintain a 12-week rolling demand forecast.
- Manage the promotion and range change administration process with commercial customer contacts, covering promotion nominations and range review documentation.
- Attend customer meetings with the National Account Manager and/or Channel Controller to support commercial discussions.
- Visit customer outlets to gather market insight and evaluate the execution of sales driving initiatives.
- Working with internal warehouse and demand planning teams to manage stock levels, ensuring orders and forecasts are aligned and stock levels are sufficient to fulfil them
