FOOD AT THE REFECTORY

The seeds for Cardinal Rule were planted in 2018 when its founders visited Manchester and loved everything it had to offer, but missed a quintessential piece of their Southern American home — the biscuit.

A fluffy, buttery biscuit is at the heart of the Southern American breakfast table. No breakfast is complete without it, whether you’re piling on jam, topping it with gravy or loading it up with bacon and eggs for a stick-to-your-ribs meal.

Cardinal Rule has taken the time to perfect its biscuits with help from friends in Virginia and Texas, bringing a little Southern comfort to Manchester.
