WEB SHOP MANAGER
Reports to: Off Trade Controller
Location: Preferably on site in Leeds, a minimum of 4 days per week
Pay: £38k-£45k dependant on experience

THE ROLE:
In this role, you will fully own and drive the performance of Northern Monk’s online channel, with full responsibility for delivering budgeted volume and profit targets.
You’ll take charge of commercial performance, driving revenue, profitability and customer growth through a sharp focus on user experience, digital marketing and continuous optimisation. From SEO, PPC and email campaigns to product listings, content and site performance, you’ll use data-led insight to test, learn and improve. Working closely with teams across the company, you’ll ensure the web shop operates seamlessly end to end, while leading the Web Shop team with a collaborative, hands-on approach. This role is perfect for someone who combines commercial acumen with creativity, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about craft beer and building meaningful customer connections online!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Set and deliver budget volume, revenue and profit targets for the online channel.
· Work closely and collaborate with other departments such as Finance, Demand Planning, Warehouse, wider sales team and Brand.
· Responsible for updating and constantly improving our website including things like; optimising user experience, product listing, driving traffic, brand presentation and revenue growth.
· SEO & PPC management.
· Design and send email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional offers to target customers; monitor open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to optimise campaigns.
· Constantly improve and review performance through varies data metrics and ability to report this information back effectively.
· Implement retention strategies and come up with new and exciting ways to work.
· Work closely with our SEO agency to develop and execute campaigns.
· Directly manage our Web Shop team and provide hands on support with the team when required.
· Overseeing stock systems for the web shop.
ABOUT YOU:
· Experience in eCommerce, experience in driving sales through online channels and in managing SEO, PPC, email and content marketing campaigns.
· Experience and proficiency with eCommerce platforms and digital marketing tools.
· Strong data analysis skills and ability to report on campaign performance.
· Ability to create engaging product listings copy and promotional content.
· Strong communication and collaboration skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst managing different projects.
· People management experience and skills.
· Passion, knowledge and understanding of the UK craft beer industry.
· Good understanding of the company mission and ability to uphold company values.
· Positive attitude who is highly organised with attention to detail.
