Planning You Wedding

What is included when you book Chapter Hall as your wedding venue?

Signature package includes:

· 28 hour hire period from 9am until 1pm the following day

· Mock ceremony space

· A dedicated wedding coordinator

· Two meetings and a wine and beer tasting

· Private bar with full staffing

· In house caterers or option for external caterers

· Vintage festival style tables and benches for ceremony and reception

· Use of our sound system and microphones for background music and speeches

· Drinks packages and exclusive discounts

· Festoon and fairy lighting

Twilight package includes:

· 20 hour hire from 5pm until 1pm the following day

· A dedicated wedding coordinator

· One meeting with your coordinator

· Private bar with full staffing

· Catering space or in house caterer

· vintage festival style tables and benches

· Use of our sound system and microphone for background music and speeches

· Drinks packages

· Festoon and fairy lighting

How far in advance should we book our wedding venue?

The lead time for weddings is getting shorter! Our books are open three years in advance, though we often have late availability deals.

How many guests can Chapter Hall accommodate?

Dining: 100

Standing: 180

Ceremony: 100

Cabaret: 80

Theatre: 100

Is Chapter Hall available for exclusive hire?

The Chapter Hall is a private events space, with exclusive use of the top floor. We can offer hire of the full premises, including three bars and the beer garden, at a bespoke cost.

Can we have both our ceremony and reception at Chapter Hall?

We welcome celebrant-led ceremonies, though it is important to note that we are not a licensed wedding venue.

What spaces are available for our guests throughout the day?

The Chapter Hall is an exclusive space to you and your guests, though you’re not confined to it. Should you wish to sample our wide selection of drinks at the taproom bar or head into the beer garden, you’re more than welcome! Please note that other patrons of the bar will be there.
