Northern Monk’s Heathen is an unholy Hazy IPA brewed for those who refuse to follow the rules. Packed with heavy-hitting hops and crafted with Northern pride, this beer delivers a bold, flavour-forward experience.

Exploding with juicy, tropical character, Heathen is soft, hazy, and intensely aromatic.

Its hop-driven profile brings waves of ripe fruit notes, balanced by a smooth body. This is a modern IPA built for the Heathens - hop lovers who like their beers loud, hazy, and bold.

Tasting Notes

Appearance: Hazy golden orange.
Aroma: Bursting with tropical fruit aromas, including mango, pineapple, and citrus.
Taste: Juicy and hop-forward with layers of tropical and stone fruit flavours, balanced by gentle bitterness.
Mouthfeel: Smooth, soft, and full-bodied, with a rounded, juicy finish.
