BAR STAFF @ THE HANGING BAT, EDINBURGH

Reports to: General Manager

Location: Edinburgh, The Hanging Bat

Pay: £12.60

Hours: 17.5 hours per week

THE ROLE:

We are looking for a passionate and reliable individual to join our bar team. As a Bar Staff member, you will be the face of our Edinburgh venue, The Hanging Bat, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for every customer. You will provide a top-tier hospitality experience, from the moment a customer walks in to the moment they leave.

Previous experience in a bar and restaurant setting is preferred, but not essential, as full training will be provided. We are looking for people who share our values and want to help us create a fresh, inclusive, spirited, humble, and community-focused space.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Greet customers and create a welcoming atmosphere.

· Serve customers efficiently from the bar and at their tables.

· Take orders and process payments accurately using the till system.

· Deliver food and drink orders to tables.

· Assist with various operational tasks across the business as required.

· Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the venue, including clearing and resetting tables, and keeping the bar and back bar tidy and well-stocked.
